Супружеская пара, несмотря на отсутствие лицензии, приобрела аппараты, которые имеют классификацию физиотерапии и косметологии. Обвиняемые осуществляли косметологические услуги по удалению татуировок, вакуумному массажу, а также лазерной эпиляции.
В результате противоправных действий супружеская пара получила доход в сумме свыше Br328 тыс. Обвиняемые признали вину и возместили ущерб в полном объеме.
